18 months in new French oak barrels and 24 months in the bottle. Production is limited to 850 cases of 750ml bottles and 900 magnums (1.5L)
The aromas are balanced and integrated over time, leading to a great complexity. The main note prune fruit, and become more apparent snuff logs and wood, soft tannins with long and elegant finish.
Food Pairing Notes
It goes well with red meat, beef, duck, lamb, roast chicken, wild game; pastas, pepper, mushrooms, squash, or earthy sauces, meat stocks, mustard. Seafood and meaty fish like tuna and salmon.
