Cascabel '05
This wine has a typical "Bajacalifornian" personality of intense fruit and body. Tempranillo structures the exceptionally fruit-bearing and vivacious character of the Grenache into a powerful and expressive blend. Tempranillo 65% / Grenache 35%.

Tasting Notes
You will find a garnet red color, intense aromas of mature red fruits, cherry, fruit, dried peaches, coinciding with tones of spices, white pepper on a delicate fund of notes from its time in barrel.
After the initial intense flavors, the mouth is very expressive, underlining the flavors of red fruit and spices, in addition to the mineral notes; the powerful and burly structure is confirmed with well-integrated tannins and a long finish.

Food Pairing Notes
Mexican dishes of intense flavors and piquant like some soups and stews; even cook with the wine! Also pairs well with red meat and greasier meals
