Wine Profile

Tasting Notes Appearance: Dark garnet color and bright, with blue trim, clean, dense and generous. Nose: Black fruits like blackberry, camphor, green tea and fruit dehydrated spices like cardamom cinnamon and camphor. Grass freshly cut, prune with crock pot notes. Palate: powerful attack, astringent, balanced and clean acidity, smooth tannins, medium and filled with flavors of the forest with a nice and long finish full of red fruit and velvety aftertaste.
Food Pairing Notes Pairs very well with game meat, stews, meat and poultry.
