Wine Profile

Tasting Notes Very good deep red color, nice aromas and complex flavor with excellent body. It's a perfectly balanced wine with strong tannins but well flush that don't feel aggressive in the mouth.
Food Pairing Notes It goes well old cuts and cheeses, but it certainly would be better to accompany a meat, perhaps medallions with pepper. Big flavors of brisket, stew, beef steak, lamb, venison, pork chops if the sauce is not acidic.
